Real-Time Dashboard Consulting

Some decisions can't wait for the morning report. SolveBI builds live, auto-refreshing dashboards on Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence - streaming your events into Fabric and surfacing them as operational dashboards that update in seconds.

What is a Fabric Real-Time Dashboard?

Live Operational Visibility, Built on Fabric

A Real-Time Dashboard is part of Microsoft Fabric's Real-Time Intelligence workload. Instead of refreshing on a schedule, it sits on top of a live stream of events - so the numbers on screen reflect what's happening right now, not what happened last night.

Events flow in through Eventstream from sources like IoT devices, applications, logs, Azure Event Hubs or Kafka, land in an Eventhouse (a KQL database built for high-velocity data), and are surfaced on dashboards that update second by second. Data Activator can watch those same streams and trigger alerts or actions the instant a condition is met.

The result is an operational view your teams can actually act on in the moment - on a control-room wall, on a laptop, or embedded inside your own application.

How SolveBI Builds Your Real-Time Dashboard

From streaming ingestion through to a polished live dashboard on the wall, we deliver real-time visibility your teams can rely on.

Real-Time Dashboard Design

We design and build Fabric Real-Time Dashboards that refresh automatically as new events land - the operational view your teams watch live, not a report they wait for overnight.

Eventstream & Ingestion

Capture and route streaming data from IoT devices, applications, logs, Azure Event Hubs and Kafka into Fabric using Eventstream's no-code editor - no pipelines to hand-code.

Eventhouse & KQL

Stand up an Eventhouse (KQL database) to store high-velocity telemetry and write fast Kusto queries over billions of events for sub-second dashboard responsiveness.

Alerting with Data Activator

Turn thresholds into action - trigger alerts and automations in Teams, email or Power Automate the moment a metric crosses a limit, so issues are caught as they happen.

Embedding & Big-Screen Displays

Surface live dashboards on operations-room wall screens or embed them inside your own apps and portals, so the right people see the right numbers in real time.

Performance & Cost Tuning

Tune retention, caching and refresh behaviour so dashboards stay fast and responsive while keeping your real-time capacity usage - and cost - under control.

Use Cases

Common Real-Time Scenarios We Deliver

Operations & Control-Room Monitoring

Give operations teams a live wall-board of the metrics that matter - throughput, queues, exceptions and SLAs - updating second by second instead of in yesterday's report.

IoT & Equipment Telemetry

Stream sensor and machine data into Fabric to watch utilisation, downtime and condition signals as they happen, and alert the moment something drifts out of range.

Fleet & Logistics Tracking

Track vehicles, deliveries and warehouse activity live, so dispatchers and managers can act on delays and bottlenecks while there's still time to respond.

Live Sales & Digital Activity

Monitor orders, web traffic and campaign activity in real time during launches, sales events or peak trading, with instant alerts on spikes and drop-offs.
